Background :
Vidio.com is an indonesian based over-the-top video streaming service established on 15 October 2014. Owned by EMTEK, the service’s content consist of free-to-air and pay TV channels, live streaming events, films and series, including vidio original programs. Currently, vidio.com is struggle to increased the duration of watch time. So as a PM, there is a demand to make an Improvement toward this application
Background
As a part of my dibimbing.id BootCamp assignment, i had the opportunity to work on a conceptual project to breakdown the development of AstraPay, a mobile payment platform aimed at simplifying digital transactions for Indonesian consumers. the focus of this assignment was to explore the entire product management lifecycle. here is the completed overview of my assignment project.

Background
Ruang emas was the name of my volunteer base offline tutoring company during pandemic in 2019. it was a good experiences back then and hopefully one day i have the opportunity to make my wish come true and my product can actually help a lot of students.
as a part of my dibimbing.id BootCamp assignment, I took on the role of project manager for the conceptual development of an Ruang Emas online website tutoring website and mobile app. the goal was to apply Project Management, Quality Management, and Resource Management best practices in creating an educational platform designed to deliver high-quality, personalized tutoring to students across Indonesia.
